INFORMATION
André was unusually gifted as a child and won many trophies. He studied classical music for 12 years wanting to become a classical musician, but the Lord had other plans for his life.
After his conversion he performed alongside Sonja Heroldt until 1985, when he started out on his own. God birthed in him the well known song “I lift my hands to the coming King” as well as many well known childrens songs like for instance “Dawid & Goliat”
Meanwhile he started receiving many invitations to churches to do praise & worship seminars. André also started singing and preaching.
In 1990 André produced a nationally acclaimed video which was filmed under water and was entitled “I exhalt Thee” which was played on SABC regularly.
